Chloe Hayes is a Chicago-based singer and actor. A recent graduate of Millikin University with her BFA in Musical Theatre, Chloe has been seen in Songs for a New World, Violet, Carrie, and singing with the Millikin University Choir for three years. Most recently, she performed with The Chicago Carolers for the 2022 holidays. She is thrilled to be singing with withonevoice for their inaugural season!
